Metsähallitus (Metsähallitus)

Metsähallitus is a state-owned forestry enterprise which manages the forest property of the Republic of Finland. The management of the multifunctional use forests of Metsähallitus is controlled by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, while the management of the nature conservation areas is controlled by the Ministry of the Environment. In addition, Metsähallitus has units for the recreational use of forests, marketing and selling soil and aggregates and respective products, seedling production and sales of construction sites.
