The New Wood public vote is open until the end of September. Vote for your favourite among wood-based products and solutions.

New Wood, a project showcasing new wood-based materials and solutions, is conducting a public vote to find the favourite among nine new products selected as candidates.

Every vote will participate in a raffle to win a Glassy sparkling water maker by Mysoda, made of wood composite. Voting is open until the end of September.

’Sustainably produced wood-based material innovations are beginning to gain extensive visibility in many everyday products,’ says Project Manager Virpi Korhonen at New Wood in a media release.

The New Wood project informs political decision-makers and other influential individuals about wood-based bioeconomy. The New Wood exhibition presents new wood-based products throughout the world.

’The exhibition is attracting increasing interest. In October, the exhibition will travel to Malaysia and Vietnam,’ Korhonen says.

The vote results will be announced at the New Wood Anniversary Seminar on 25 October 2024, held at the Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport. The candidates will be on show at the New Forest exhibition during the National Forest Days on 25 to 26 October 2024.
